About Us

We are a group of guys between 21 and 60 who live in and around the Leeds and Bradford areas in Yorkshire, England - which in my view, and I’m biased, Yorkshire is God’s back garden.

We have a passion for enjoying life to the full, the countryside around us and the numerous mountains and long distance walks around the UK.

Climbing mountains, well walking up them really, we feel is very similar to the challenges life in general has to throw at you. You can start off relatively easily and start going up. You can see what appears to be the summit and you stride out full of energy and gusto only to realise that it was a false summit - the real one is up there somewhere.

You feel a lull in your spirit and your energy levels drop a bit but then you pick up and meet the challenge. You keep going putting one foot in front of the other slowly and steadily making each step count and then you can see your summit appear. When you get there, what a sense of achievement you can see what all the leg work was for. You’ve had an adventure along the way, met a few people overcome a few challenges and achieved your goal.

Come on up, the view’s absolutely fantastic. Drink as much of it in as you can.
